AS you can see, there was far too much on offer
The meeting was demanding.Long hours were spent on the balcony,there was much on offer, long term winter dodgers say that if you stay more than three weeks, that's it, you don't leave. We suggested that a few more days would be a good idea, ahem, it ended up as seventeen. We have to thank Marc and Rob for the entertainment and hospitality, we enjoyed the ride out on the bikes to all the places that you would not find with out local knowledge.
This Kayak day in the Lagoon will be unforgettable. Thanks Marc.

Summer rains raise the water level of the Lagoon and force the sand bar back in to the Pacific.When the rains subside, the sea reinstates the sand bar. When the rains come and open the lagoon fish come and spawn. It is a completely natural process. The lagoon is very rich in natural wildlife and fish. Many rare bird species can be found here.
